Description

Learn the basics of designing a perennial border including layout, proper spacing, and the use of various bloom types to capture your eye. An illustrated discussion of native and non-native perennials from A to Z, along with some recommended blooming bed partners will be provided. Class meets twice, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Mary Maguire Lerman is a retired horticulturalist from the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board.  She is a designer of private and park gardens and a contributing writer for the Northern Gardener.
