Description

In agriculture and gardening, seed saving is the practice of saving seeds or other reproductive material from vegetables, grain, herbs, and flowers for use from year to year. Learn new skills to be successful at seed saving to ensure desired characteristics are retained. Then apply a few rules to save seed from plants which do well in your own garden. Cosponsored by Seed Savers Exchange, www.seedsavers.org.

Instructor Marty Bergland is a lifelong gardener and Master Gardener Emeritus. She is owner of Heirloom House MN, and a lifetime member of Seed Savers Exchange. Marty has authored several publications.
