In this workshop we'll learn how to grow micro-greens and pea shoots, which grow best inside, can be harvested every 2-3 weeks and are delicious in salads and stir-fries. We will learn how to extend the growing season and have fresh produce from home even in the middle of winter. Seeds, soil and small pots provided: You'll plant a seed and be able to take it home.
