Various Uses for Cucumbers, Beans, Onions, Summer Squash andZucchini; making a cool gazpacho soup.

Quoting the Farmers Market:  Marty Bergland is a dynamic woman with a boundless energy for discussing all things plant and garden related, including how to best store and preserve locally grown produce. Marty is a regular presenter at our market talks, and we couldn’t be more pleased, as she is a fantastic educator with loads of experience and a passion that is infectious. She will be demonstrating several methods of saving zucchini and squash, as well as presenting a few simple recipes for you to try (including her famous cheese and herb torte). Come for the education, and stay for the delightful samples (yum)!
