Description

Farm-to-Table in Minnesota is challenged by this thing we call "winter," but utilizing home preservation techniques like water bath canning, freezing and drying during the growing season gives us more variety in the cold months. During this 90-minute class, you will be introduced to these home preservation techniques and walked through the step-by-step demo of the process of canning pickles.

Instructor Jesse Haas uses a combination of nutritional counseling, whole foods education, and bodywork to help her clients learn new ways of integrating self-care and good food into their lives to improve their health. To learn more, visit www.jessehaas.com.
