Mushrooms and Fungi in Ecological Landscaping and Gardening

Learn how gourmet and medicinal mushrooms can become a part of your gardens and landscapes. Mushrooms can complement and enhance flowers and vegetables. They may also be used to recycle landscape scraps and organic waste. 

Presenter Ron Spinosa is a past president of the Minnesota Mycological Society and is currently the Chair of the Cultivation Committee of the North American Mycological Association (NAMA). He has given many presentations and workshops on mushrooms and was recently awarded The Harry and Elsie Knighton Service Award by NAMA.
